By car: Algonquin Theatre sits in the heart of Huntsville on Highway 3, off Highway 11.
By transit: Ontario Northland offers bus service to Huntsville. The theatre is approximately a 20-minute walk east of the Huntsville bus station.

Interesting facts about Algonquin Theatre
The first performance at this theatre in Huntsville took place on May 14, 2005.
In 2018, Gord Downie used Algonquin Theatre’s space to secretly rehearse for his Secret Path tour. Other performers to grace the stage at Algonquin Theatre include Ron Sexsmith, Jill Barber, Natalie MacMaster and famous Canadian children’s musicians Sharon, Lois & Bram.
At the front of the theatre is a bronze statue of Tom Thomson, a beloved Canadian painter whose style influenced the Group of Seven. This statue was created by renowned Huntsville artist Brenda Wainman Goulet.
