Greater Toronto Area
Brampton Fall Fair
Experience life outside the big city at the Brampton Fairgrounds in Caledon.
The fair offers everything from food vendors and crafts to livestock competitions, a horse show, a fruits and vegetables competition, prizes for local field crops, a demolition derby and midway rides.

The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair
The Royal Agricultural Winter Fair is the largest combined indoor agricultural fair and international equestrian competition in the world.
Over 100 years old, the fair takes over Toronto’s Exhibition Place. It hosts the Royal Horse Show, with over 1,000 competitors and $1,000,000 in prize money, agricultural competitions, and food vendors selling everything from comfort foods to gourmet meals.

Port Perry Fair
Celebrate rural life and local agriculture at the Port Perry Fairgrounds with exciting events like the horse-pulling competition, vintage tractor display, heavy horse show, live music and even a men’s baking contest.

Orono Fair

Uxbridge Fall Fair
A horse show, demo derby, tractor pull, classic car show and midway are exciting attractions hosted during the annual fair in Elgin Park.

Sunderland Fall Fair
This year’s theme at the Sunderland Fair is “In the Apple Orchard,” so you’ll get to view numerous varieties of apples in addition to a host of fun experiences, including the fall parade.

Beaverton Fall Fair
Going strong since 1853, the Beaverton Fall Fair continues to deliver the best of the season in events and entertainment. The 2024 theme is “Derbies, Pies and Rides, Oh My.”

Bolton Fall Fair
Held annually at the Albion-Bolton Fairgrounds, the Bolton Fall Fair has something for everyone, from an exciting tractor pull and demolition derby to live entertainment, a petting zoo, face painting and numerous food vendors.

Markham Fair
One of Canada’s largest and longest-running county fairs, the Markham Fair at Markham Fairgrounds attracts upwards of 70,000 visitors and hosts roughly 3,000 exhibitors who enter more than 10,000 items into various competitions.
This fall fair also features farm animal displays, a livestock show, a horse pull, a tractor pull, a demolition derby and a midway.
When: October 3–6, 2024

Woodbridge Fall Fair
Held over Thanksgiving weekend at the Woodbridge Fairgrounds, the event features a petting zoo, midway carnival rides, pumpkin carving and various competitions for adults and youth.
It even holds a kid’s “Farmer’s Challenge” to see how young farmers measure up in farming activities like tractor pedalling, apple picking and cow milking. Attendance is free for kids five and under.

Southwestern Ontario
Western Fair
Founded in 1867, London’s Western Fair offers 10 days of fun for the whole family including food and craft vendors, various competitions, a midway, an animal barn and a Music Garden to enjoy live music and local alcoholic beverages.

Forest Fall Fair
The annual Forest Fall Fair occurs on the third weekend after Labour Day. Held at the Forest Agricultural Society Fairground since 1939, it features agricultural competitions, animal shows, food vendors and live events.

Caledonia Fair
From homemade pies to heavy horse displays, the Caledonia Fall Fair combines traditional fall fair elements with family-friendly entertainment.
Celebrating its 152nd year at the Caledonia Fairgrounds, the fair promises to be exciting, with midway rides, demolition derbies, farm animals and free activities for kids.

Fall Festival at Brantwood Farms
There’s lots of fall fun at Brantwood Farms.
Take a wagon ride, get lost in the corn maze and bounce on the giant jumping pillow. And the fun doesn’t end there! Dare to enter the haunted barn, explore the straw castle, ride on the spider web climber, enjoy a game of pumpkin bowling and pick your own apples and pumpkins.

West Niagara Fair
The West Niagara Fair offers three days of family-friendly entertainment at the West Niagara Fairgrounds near Grimsby.
The fair hosts numerous craft and food vendors, including photography, antiques and art, competitions for everything from livestock to baking, a demolition derby and tractor pull.

Hamilton, Halton and Brant
Ancaster Fair
This annual event is hosted by the Ancaster Agricultural Society at the Ancaster Fairgrounds in Jerseyville, just outside of Hamilton. The fair features competitive exhibits of local agricultural products and livestock, along with carnival rides, food vendors, demolition derby and beer tents.

Milton Fall Fair
Celebrate the 169th year of the Milton Fall Fair, held each year at the Milton Fairgrounds.
Events and attractions include a midway, equestrian events, a pet show, a baby contest, live bands, tractor pulls and a demolition derby. A local favourite is always the 4-H Club’s pet show and rabbit-hopping agility course. Kids are invited to compete in the children’s pedal tractor pull.

Cambridge Fall Fair
Featuring four days of fun and games, the Cambridge Fall Fair offers everything from sing-along karaoke events to a motocross show.
Relax in the Four Fathers Brewing Beer Garden and explore the vendors, crafts and displays inside the Dickson Centre.

New Hamburg Fall Fair
The New Hamburg Fall Fair has delivered fun fall activities for over 160 years.
Spend time on the midway rides and take in livestock demonstrations and competitions, tractor pulls, demolition derbies, countless food, craft and art vendors and a barnyard children’s area.

Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest
First held to celebrate the wedding of Bavaria’s Crown Prince Ludwig and Therese Von Sachesen-Hildenburghausen in 1810, Kitchener-Waterloo Oktoberfest offers a taste of Munich in Southern Ontario.
The festival includes countless vendors, numerous Festhallen (German-style beer halls), Canada’s largest Thanksgiving Day Parade, and a harvest celebration honouring the region’s agricultural bounty. Don’t miss the Official Keg Tapping and special events for kids during KIDtoberfest.

Erin Fall Fair
The Erin Fall Fair celebrates its 174th year at the Erin Fairgrounds on the main street of Erin.
Dubbed “Ontario’s preview to the Royal Winter Fair,” the event includes home crafts, animal exhibits, agricultural competitions and a midway full of rides. There’s also great food, activities for kids, truck and tractor pulls and a giant pumpkin contest.

Bruce, Grey and Simcoe
Owen Sound Fall Fair
The Owen Sound Fall Fair, held annually at Victoria Park in Owen Sound, highlights the region's agricultural achievements.
The fair hosts the Grey County beef show and regional 4-H show, along with classic fair activities like a pie-eating contest, hay bale inflatable corn maze and face painting, craft and vendors’ market and a Medieval Knight Show.

Orillia Fall Fair
The Orillia Fall Fair, now in its 174th year, offers urban visitors an opportunity to experience rural life in Ontario up close.
The Orillia & District Agricultural Society hosts the event at the Orillia Fairgrounds. Events include a tractor pull, demolition derby and a junior fair with activities and competitions for kids.

Port Elgin Pumpkinfest
Pumpkinfest has been held in downtown Port Elgin since 1986.
A highlight of the festival is the pumpkin growing contest, which wows visitors with pumpkins that routinely weigh in at over 1,700 pounds (770 kilograms).
Pumpkinfest also offers an opportunity to stroll the main street to take in the classic car show, a midway and numerous food and beverage vendors.

Blue Mountain Apple Harvest Festival
Celebrate this year’s apple harvest in Ontario’s largest apple-growing region.
Blue Mountain’s Apple Harvest Festival features live music, hiking among the fall colours, cider tasting and AGORA: Path of Light, an interactive lighting installation based on the five elements of air, space, earth, water and fire.

Kawarthas and Northumberland
Bobcaygeon Fall Fair
Held annually at the Bobcaygeon-Verlan Community Centre, the Bobcaygeon Fall Fair typically welcomes over 5,500 visitors with numerous attractions, activities and events.
From the tractor and truck pulls to live entertainment, craft beer tasting, farm animals and midway, the Bobcaygeon Fall Fair offers a packed schedule of fun activities.

Keene Pumpkin Festival
Celebrate all things pumpkin at the Keene Pumpkin Festival in the village of Keene, located about 20 minutes outside of Peterborough.
Featuring a pumpkin weigh-in, in which specimens often clock in at over 1,000 pounds (450 kilograms), the Keene festival also offers a Kid Zone with bouncy castles, face painting, a hay bale maze, petting zoo, horse and wagon rides, food and drinks on-site and an antique car and tractor show.

Kingston Fall Fair
The Kingston Fall Fair, sponsored by the Kingston & District Agricultural Society at the Kingston Memorial Centre, is held over four days every September.
Check out dairy and beef shows, celebrate young farmers during Frontenac 4-H Achievement Day, catch the country singing showdown and more. The fair also hosts a tractor pull, demolition derby and a freestyle motocross show.

The Spencerville Fair
Enjoy a weekend full of fun and entertainment at the 169th Spencerville Fair held at the Spencerville Fairgrounds.
Exciting activities include livestock shows, agricultural events, a midway, live music, a parade and a quilt raffle.

Carp Fair
In line with this year’s theme of “Celebrating Our Best,” the Carp Fair offers everything from live music to horse shows, the SuperDogs, a large midway and an antique tractor parade.
Visitors can also participate in activities like the Duck Race on the Carp River, a quilt raffle and a junior craft night.

Tweed Harvest Festival

Bracebridge Fall Fair & Horse Show
For over 155 years, locals and visitors have gathered in Bracebridge for this annual harvest-time celebration.
With wagon rides, midway rides, square dancing and horse demonstrations at J.D. Lang Park, the fair offers a rural experience in cottage country. Family camping is available on-site.

Huntsville Fall Fair
Hosted by volunteer members of The Huntsville and District Agricultural Society, the Huntsville Fall Fair offers a taste of rural life with vegetable growing and baking competitions, a demolition derby and agricultural prizes for all age groups.

Cochrane Fall Fair
Learn about the importance of agriculture in Northern Ontario at one of the region’s longest-running fall fairs.

New Liskeard Fall Fair
There’s no shortage of entertainment at the New Liskeard Fall Fair, one of the largest of its kind in Northern Ontario.
Enjoy live shows, music, animals, agricultural activities, craft concessions, a dog show, a midway and more at the New Liskeard Fairgrounds. And don’t miss the traditional crowning of the Harvest Queen, which celebrates the accomplishments of young women.

Bruce Mines Fall Fair
Since 1880, the Bruce Mines Fall Fair offers three days of family-friendly fun.
Watch the demolition derby and tractor show pull, take in the livestock competition, browse the craft entries in arts and crafts, baking, flowers, fruits and vegetable competitions and celebrate the farmers’ unsung hero, the scarecrow.

Northwest Ontario
Hymers Fall Fair
A classic country fair, the Hymers Fall Fair has been held since 1912 in Kakabeka Falls, about half an hour from Thunder Bay.
The fair showcases the region’s agricultural bounty, including contests for the biggest local pumpkin and horse and cattle shows. Enjoy fresh home-cooked food, a farmers’ market and various food and craft vendors.
